- 1. THANGA MAGAL PLAN - WEIGHT ACCUMULATION PLAN 1.The Monthly advance against purchase of jewellery must be equal and paid continuously for eleven months. The advance payments cannot be extended beyond 11th month and is not transferable under any circumstances. KYC is mandatory at the time of enrolment. 2.On completion of eleven months from the date of enrolment, the customer will be eligible to purchase any Gold jewellery with 50% OFF ON wastage (VA) under Thangamagal plan. 3. Customers who choose to discontinue will not be eligible for any benefit/ discount on wastage (VA) and can only redeem to the extent of Accumulated gold weight under the plan, by paying 100% wastage (VA) on thebasis of prevailing gold rate. 4. Payments of monthly advance against purchase of jewellery beyond the stipulated period or payment for more than one month wilill not be allowed. 5. Customers who choose to pre-close the enrolment will not be eligible for any benefits. 6.When the customer purchases jewellery in excess of accumulated amount or in excess of accumulated gold weight, the wastage (VA) as applicable will be borne by the customer for the excess amountweight. 7.No cashback will be entertained. This plan is purely for buying gold ornaments only. 8.Other Schemes, Offers and Discounts cannot be clubbed under this Thanga magal plan. 9. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai.
- 2. DREAM GOLD PLAN - AMOUNT ACCUMLATION PLAN 1.The Monthly advance against purchase of jewellery must be equal and paid continuously for eleven months. The advance payments cannot be extended beyond 11th month and is not transferable under any circumstances. KYC is mandatory at the time of enrolment. 2.On completion of eleven months from the date of enrolment, the customer will be eligible to purchase the selected Gold jewellery with ZERO % wastage (VA) under Dream gold plan. 3. Customers who choose to discontinue will not be eligible for any benefit / discount on wastage (VA) and can only redeem to the extent of Accumulated amount under the plan, by paying 100% wastage (VA) on the basis of prevailing gold rate. 4. Payments of monthly advance against purchase of jewellery beyond the stipulated period or payment for more than one month will not be allowed. 5. Customers who choose to pre-close the enrolment will not be eligible for any benefits. 6.
